Foteini Spingou

Foteini Spingou (DPhil, Oxford 2013) is currently a Research Fellow at the University of Edinburgh and from Spring term 2022 she will be teaching at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Her major publications books on twelfth-century poetry and Byzantine manuscripts, a major edited volume with primary sources on Byzantine art, and numerous articles on collections, patronage, and mathematics in medieval Europe.
